Power of Attorney

What is a Power of Attorney?  A Power of Attorney is a legal document that requires a notary witness.  This gives another person the power to act on your behalf in the event that the Principal is incapacitated or unavailable to handle their business affairs.  The Power of Attorney can be set for a specific length of time or until the Principal revokes the Agent's authority. If you require a notary signature and stamp, call Cynthia J. for assistance at 951.468.8056
